Where: Meredith Hall, Drake University, Des Moines

Time: Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.

We have an excellent program planned including presentations and discussion sessions – yearbook, newspaper, online.

• Chris Snyder, teaches multimedia journalism, web design, visual communication and social media, Drake University.  More
• Natalie Niemeyer, East High School (Des Moines) – JEA 2014 Rising Star Award winner.

The event begins Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. registration with our first speaker at

9:15 a.m. The program should conclude about 3 p.m.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet peers from other schools and learn from their experiences.

We are hosting this year session on a Friday as some advisers suggested they could get professional development credit and to avoid interfering with family time.

Yearbook representaties and school administrators are welcome.
